AIinRT 2027 — Artificial Intelligence in Radiotherapy

AIinRT 2027 (formerly DLinRT) is a two-day, fully scientific, peer-reviewed symposium on artificial intelligence and deep learning in radiotherapy — conceived as the go-to place to discuss the state of the art in the field. It brings together around 200 medical physicists, radiation oncologists, and computer scientists to work through the full clinical AI workflow, from image segmentation to clinical implementation.

The program follows six 90-minute sessions arranged in clinical-workflow order. Each session opens with a 30-minute invited state-of-the-art talk, followed by five proffered papers selected through double-blind peer review (three reviews per abstract, around 35 international reviewers). A cross-disciplinary keynote from outside radiotherapy closes each day.

AIinRT 2027 is organized by the Department of Radiotherapy and the Computational Imaging Group at UMC Utrecht, in collaboration with the Princess Máxima Center, DLinRT.eu, and the AI Lab for Imaging and Image-Guided Interventions. We have applied for ESTRO and AAPM endorsement, along with other national societies, and a phiRO special issue linked to the meeting is planned.
