We are pleased to announce that the Autumn 2026 edition of European Medical Physics News (EMP News) is now published and available online. It is a pleasure to welcome you to the autumn issue of European Medical Physics News. Autumn is a season of return and consolidation: departments settle back into routine and colleagues across Europe return to their work with renewed focus and fresh priorities. This issue takes that spirit of renewal as an invitation to look at our profession from a wider angle, and dedicates its focus to the role of the Medical Physics Expert in non-ionising radiation and optics.
