EMP News Autumn 2026!

Publication Date: Sep 12th, 2026 21:45, Category: EMP News

Dear EMPNews Readers,

We are pleased to announce that the Autumn 2026 edition of European Medical Physics News (EMP News) is now published and available online. It is a pleasure to welcome you to the autumn issue of European Medical Physics News.

Autumn is a season of return and consolidation: departments settle back into routine and colleagues across Europe return to their work with renewed focus and fresh priorities. This issue takes that spirit of renewal as an invitation to look at our profession from a wider angle, and dedicates its focus to the role of the Medical Physics Expert in non-ionising radiation and optics.

The Newsletter brings you a wealth of information about the exciting sessions, scientific programme, and activities you can look forward to during the Europen Congress of Medical Physics in Valencia.

Thank you for reading and contributing to EMP News. Enjoy the articles, and we look forward to seeing you again in December.

Irene Polycarpou and the Editorial Team (pubcommittee@efomp.org), September 2026.
