PET/CT QC - Python codes version compatibility issues

The EFOMP Working Group on “PET/CT and PET/MR QC Protocol” chaired by Dr Roberta Matheoud (IT) prepared the EFOMP GUIDELINE "Quality control in PET/CT and PET/MR" - software tools user manual.

07.09.2022 - newer Python version compatibility issues solved by Matteo Bagnalasta (Nuclear Medicine, Foundation IRCCS Istituto Nazionale Tumori, Milan, Italy) is attached!

17.07.2023 – Uniformity_analyzer calculation corrected by Matteo Bagnalasta (Nuclear Medicine, Foundation IRCCS Istituto Nazionale Tumori, Milan, Italy) – slice variability checked based on average phantom SUV (not SUV = 1 as in previous version)
