PET/CT QC - Python scripts | Prepared by the EFOMP Working Group (WG) on "PET/CT and PET/MR QC Protocol"

The EFOMP Working Group on “PET/CT and PET/MR QC Protocol” chaired by Dr Roberta Matheoud (IT) prepared the EFOMP GUIDELINE "Quality control in PET/CT and PET/MR" - software tools user manual.

It is one of the results, where is briefly described general requirements, possible limitations, and etc. (see attachments).

PET/CT QC - Python codes were tested for accuracy with Siemens biograph mCT data. Tests with Philips and GE were done only to a limited extent mainly for compatibility reasons.

NEW 07.09.2022 - newer Python version compatibility issues solved by Matteo Bagnalasta (Nuclear Medicine, Foundation IRCCS Istituto Nazionale Tumori, Milan, Italy) is attached!
