EFOMP - WG on PET/CT/MR QC - survey

Dear colleagues,
An EFOMP Working Group on PET/CT/MRI Quality Control was recently established. In an attempt to map the current situation on various types of PET facilities, interested in nuclear medicine colleagues are kindly asked to fill in the PET/CT and PET/MR Quality Control Survey.
Upon collection of answers, the WG will better focus on problematic parts of QC procedures and prepare a set of measurements suitable for the real routine QC. Questions are aimed at various aspects of PET/CT/MRI Quality control, like frequencies of particular tests, the equipment available, accreditation programmes, etc. It`s very important for the WG and future EFOMP`s recommendation on PET/CT/MRI QC to have valid data from departments. The WG would like to take into account possible variations of practices based also on the size of the hospital, on the type of the department/hospital (university/clinical), funding, availability of various types of phantoms, etc.
Please include your email address. Data will be used in an anonymous way, but we`d like to be sure that there is no overlapping information or multiple incomplete forms from one user.
Please take your time and fill the survey considering all facts mentioned above. You are also free to further distribute this survey to all your NM colleagues nationwide.
